Attilio Prendoni, a marble sculpture of a girl, signed near the base, depicts a shy young girl, her face lowered, her hands resting on her light dress, leaning against a low wall, her hair tied in a bow. Attilio Prendoni (Milan 1874-1942) was an important Italian sculptor and a representative of the Milanese Scapigliatura school. He participated in several international exhibitions, including the 1904 "Italian Exhibition Earl's Court" in London, organized by the Italian Chamber of Commerce. This Art Deco sculpture of a girl, carved from white Carrara marble, is in excellent condition. This piece has an attribution mark, I am sure that it is completely authentic and take full responsibility for any authenticity issues arising from misattribution
