Exquisite antique bust from the early 20th century (1920-1930), on a base, crafted entirely from fine white Limoges porcelain biscuit, stamped Tharaud. This model is less common than those with a blue-glazed base. It depicts Louise Brongniard after Houdon. Quite large, measuring 33cm at its highest point, 19-20cm at its widest, and approximately 13cm deep. Beautifully detailed and very elegant. In excellent overall condition, with no stains, pristine white, and no cracks. A lovely, refined decorative piece of high quality. Weighs approximately 2kg. This piece has an attribution mark, I am sure that it is completely authentic and take full responsibility for any authenticity issues arising from misattribution
