A ceramic sculpture by American artist Valerie Eickmeier. This sculpture includes three pieces: a wide purple tray, a turquoise bowl and and orange bowl. The two smaller bowls can be stacked on top of the tray. Unsigned, this piece was purchased directly from the artist. Valerie Eickmeier graduated from Washington University in 1982 with a degree in Fine Arts and earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in 1979 from the Kansas City Art Institue. Not only is Eickmeier a studio artist, she is also a Professor Emirita and a Dean Emirita of the Herron School of Art and Design in Indianapolis.
