A pair of custom made lost wax cast bronze crane sculptures with verdigris patina, tubed as fountains. Created with the traditional technique of the lost-wax (à la cire perdue) that allows a great precision and finesse in the details, this sculpted group depicts two cranes firmly planted on their tall legs. The left one, measuring 16.5" W x 20" D x 69.5" H, is lifting his thin neck upwards, his beak open, while the right one (17.5" W x 20" D x 54" H), is gracefully bending his neck to the side. While they are tubed as fountains, no hardware is included. Boasting a lovely verdigris patina, this pair of bronze crane sculptures will be great additions to any garden!
