The Agave White Objet was inspired by the flourishing plant of the same name, whose spiky, leathery fronds curl up from the ground just as the oversized leaves on this white sculpture do. “My love of the Agave plant, of which hundreds of varieties flourish in the Yucatan, has inspired me for many years,” says the table’s designer Marjorie Skouras. Her passion for the Yucatan Peninsula, the surroundings in which she lives and through which she translates the flora and fauna into dynamic products in her studio, shines in this large wrought-iron sculpture covered in a crisp gesso white finish. Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth or static duster. Always avoid the use of harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners as they may cause damage to the item's finish. Due to the use of natural materials, handmade craftsmanship, or hand finishing, expect some color variances. Hand crafted pieces may have slight size differences.
