Crafted of bronze following a traditional lost-wax casting method, this superb sculpture is offered in a deliberately fragmentary version with a verdigris patina reproducing an original find from the renowned Pompei archeological site. A plinth base in prized Marquinia marble with a supporting golden rod completes the design.
