Materials: Ceramic. “Dug” evokes the essence of excavated earth, from which clay is extracted, directly from the earth, a ceramic piece that explores depth and absence with organic forms and rough textures. Hand-modeled in my studio in Portugal, every detail reflects the slow and intuitive process of working with clay. This piece is available in a wide range of hand-painted finishes from the artist's signature palette. All the pieces are made and painted by hand, they are unique and unrepeatable. There may be slight variations, with the photographs being as close to reality as possible, as colors may vary slightly from one piece to another.
