Combining expressive stylization and elegant naturalism, this powerful sculpture is handcrafted by Daniele Nannini using white clay, notable for its rich kaolin concentration. After a hardening period, the piece is hollowed out to obtain a thickness of 1 cm and subsequently sanded, to give smoothness to its volumes. The object is fired in the kiln and then painted with tempera in a striking electric blue shade and finished with a special colored wax for a glossy effect. This playful sculptural piece is best suited to an eclectic, minimalist decor.
