Holyhedrics Joseph – Christmas Ornament

The Nativity scene is beautifully reimagined as a series of artistic objects in the Holyhedrics collection. Designed by Elena Salmistraro for Alessi, the Holyhedrics Joseph Christmas Ornament brings together different cultures and motifs in a porcelain sculpture. Following the series’ theme, this creative hand-decorated ornament features bright colors in a pixelated pattern that looks modern and ancient at the same time. The design also gives a nod to different decorative traditions from around the world, including North and South American, while translating them in a distinctly contemporary form. Golden accents reference both sacred art and the idea of royalty. Use the Holyhedrics Joseph Christmas Ornament on its own or in a set with the other ornaments from the same series.
