Original 19th century French bronze sculpture of a woman holding a mirror and olive branch with hair tied up ."La Verite" (The Truth) by Albert-Ernest Carrier-Belleuse (1824 - 1887). She stands on a multi layered base with bronze garland and plaque reads "La Verite" Par Carrier Belleuse. Signed on base A. Carrier and faint mark of retailer Tiffany & Co.
