This impressive and rare Chiwara (antelope) sculpture is hand-carved from a single piece of wood and holds significant cultural and ritual significance for the Bambara tribe of Mali. Used by the initiation society to honor agriculture, this sculpture measures approximately 62" in width, 26" in height, and 11" in depth.
