Bronze sculpture titled "Under the Shadow" by Virginia "Winkie" Kelsey (Virginia Rice Kelsey). Kelsey is from Hanover, is a longtime benefactor of the nonprofit Lebanon art center and taught at AVA Gallery and Art Center that bears her name.
