Interesting, quirky, organic sculptural, vessel. Bone white clay, consisting of circular discs with carved Billy goats on each, discs carefully connected to create the body. Four inch high dish for base with clay “rope”at mouth. This piece is signed Leone with an interesting symbol accompanying it. Upon researching I think that the creator may be Hillary Leone, a prominent artist born in Miami who has had extensive international exhibitions. Unfortunately, I have no evidence or provenance to support this theory. This sculpture can be used as a vase, the bottom dish is not porous.
