A lush sculptural depicting of a nude female torso. Executed in burnt terracotta stoneware. Bought in and anonymously made in Italy circa 1930-50 according to the Verona Antique dealer. It has no markings. Its patina suggest that it may have been displayed outside for a period of time. Hence its very suitable for a bathroom setting, an orangery, balcony, entrance hall or in your garden. It is very heavy weighting in around 40 kg. Measurements: H: 72 cm, W: 40 cm, Dept: 20-30 cm.
