Fresh from a great Rye New York collection, we have a pleasure to offer you this Vintage 20th C Modern Bronze Statue / Sculpture. Depicted is a girl / woman / lady playing a fiddle / violin, done in single cast, finished in awesome verdigris patina. She is standing on a beveled rectangular black lacquered base, giving it a great contrast.This is a great example of the mid-century modern continental school. The back bears a signature / foundry stamp "K.Y". Absolutely a great sculptor, as per European auction results in range of $1000 to $2000. Statue is in good condition, minor age / use wear if any (please see photos). Size of the figure is 21.5" tall, 9.5" wide and 6.25" deep.
