Yves Lohé, Morgan Sac, 1970s, Gilded Bronze Sculpture

Chairish

$1,436

Yves Lohé (born 1947), "Morgan Sac", gilded bronze sculpture, signed "Lohe" on the base. This striking work depicts a slender, elongated female figure in a dynamic, forward-leaning pose – her posture and silhouette conveying movement, elegance and quiet narrative in equal measure. The warm golden surface of the gilded bronze gives the piece a luminous, almost painterly quality that changes with the light. Lohé is a French sculptor known for his elegant bronze and glass figures that capture moments of movement, music and everyday gestures. After early years working in wrought iron, he found his artistic language in bronze and later expanded it through coloured glass. His work is characterised by a combination of lightness and precise craftsmanship, and his sculptures are widely collected as poetic studies of the human form in motion. Dimensions: H 44 cm Origin: France, late 20th / early 21st century Material: Gilded bronze Style: Contemporary figurative sculpture Condition: Very good condition, ready to display This piece has an attribution mark, I am sure that it is completely authentic and take full responsibility for any authenticity issues arising from misattribution
