This is a nice tambour desk in two pieces. The desk is made of mahogany with the drawer fronts as well as the top lid is done in crotch mahogany. The secondary woods are also done in mahogany. the top lid is hinged and can be opened for storage. The felt top has been replaced. There is a key to the lower drawers but no key to the door up top.
