This is a late 19th century flame mahogany secretary bookcase. The secondary wood is pine. It is American. The piece is completely original. The top opens to a mustard painted interior. The depth of the top is 12.5 inches. The slant front opens to a writing surface and storage. Knee clearance is about 28”.
