This grand roll top desk was presented as a gift to a pastor by his congregation in Hamilton, Lanarkshire, Scotland in 1905. You can see in the photos where he labeled some of the "cubbies" for purposes like "Sunday school" and "pulpit." The desk has so much personality and history, you can feel Rev. Wardrop sitting and composing a sermon or preparing for his classes. It is in beautiful condition in a rich brown oak with side paneling and tambour top.
