Antique 18th-century walnut Marche drop-leaf chest, featuring a front divided into three large drawers, six small drawers on two levels, and secret compartments inside the drop-leaf. It is in good condition. This large drop-leaf chest stands out for its imposing size, veneered in walnut and decorated with cherry wood frames arranged against the grain, enclosed by maple trim. These trims are also found inside the drop-leaf, while walnut burl panels are only present on the central decoration of the sides. Made of walnut and trimmed with cherry and maple, it is distinguished by the following features: Front divided into three large drawers Six small drawers on two levels Secret compartments integrated inside the drop-leaf Good condition, maintaining the original details intact.
