Writing desk (secrètaire) with cut sides in rosewood veneer tabled with frames of amaranth lines. Having one top drawer, one abatable drawer used as a writing desk and at the bottom two doors. Toped with a veined gray marble. The piece is Louis XVI, certified by Azur Enchères, Cannes. This piece was bought in northern France circa 1940 by my parents which are from Lille, France.
