Trumeau in walnut completely veneered in bois de violette, threads and phytomorphic intertwined inlays, in maple, on the entire surface. Base with three drawers with a wavy front, perforated and carved pilasters with a curling movement, two placed on the front uprights at 45 degrees and another four in the middle of the sides where the furniture widens through a constructive leavening. Flap door, concealing cabinet with pair of surmounted side drawers and central open compartment, hidden in the sliding top. Riser with pair of mercury mirror doors and two lamp holder pulls underneath, internal castle composed of three drawers and open compartments, cymatium with carved scroll moulding.  The carved parts of the furniture, frames and curls are ebonized, the feet end as a shelf at the front. Interior of the drawers in poplar. Ancient escutcheons in chiseled and gilded bronze. Restorations. Rome, second quarter of the 18th century. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker.
