Habitat 'Pop' shelf unit, c. 1980s.Red lacquered metal with integrated finger-like towel or coat hooks.Super little wall-mounted shelf units, ideal for entrance areas, kitchens, bathrooms and cloakrooms. These units are individually wall-hung. We have three available, selling individually or as a set. Two are perfect unused condition, one is good used condition showing some signs of use.We have one set of original wall fittings, and two sets of copies of fittings (these are not visible once shelves are mounted).Habitat, the UK retailer, was founded in 1964 by Sir Terence Conran. These shelf units are quite typical of the fun, pop-art influenced work that Habitat were producing in the 70's and 80's.
