Inspired by The Great Dryer, a concept of the performance artist Stefan Szczelkun, Folding, not only is a beautifully hand crafted versatile piece of furniture but it also has an added element. It can be folded away in seconds and it can also offer itself as a shelving unit, hanger of clothes, divider or display unit. This unique memorable design comes with slot-on shelves that can glide between layers. Each layer can hold three shelves to form one solid surface or a scattering of shelves can be dotted along the structure of the piece. Folding works in the same way as when putting up a clothes dryer, or a traditional seaside deck chair.
