Functional Mid Century side table with newspaper rack. This small side table is both table and magazine rack. The front can be tilted forward with a flick of the wrist. The stack of magazines disappears with one movement underneath the table. The combination of materials is striking. The frame of plain, black lacquered square tubing, the teak surface of the tabletop and, last but not least, the sheet metal with the fine slotted perforation. The teak is still repeated in the handle on the front. The table top is elegantly mounted at a distance from the frame.
