This is a handmade box-top table, produced by Maitland Smith in the Phillipines in the 1990s-2000s. The table has a black wrought iron base that features a brass frieze with lions, and the turned metal legs terminate in brass feet. Its top lifts up to reveal a tortoise lacquered interior. The Maitland-Smith plaque remains affixed. This table measures 16 inches deep, 20 inches wide, and 21.5 inches high.
