This wooden middle worker, stamped by the famous Roll* house located at No. 42 Faubourg Saint-Antoine in Paris, is an exceptional piece. It opens with a drawer in an animated belt, decorated with brass threads, with an authentic lock and inlaid brass entrance accompanied by its key. The top, with a beaded outline, is decorated with multiple threads and a central motif in chiseled and lacquered brass. This top, mounted on hinges and compasses, lifts to reveal an interior mercury mirror and an original two-point lock with inlaid entrance and key. The interior offers a removable compartmentalized element. The crossed legs are connected by a turned brace, adorned with rosettes at each end, adding a touch of sophistication to this already remarkable piece.
