This lovely antique (circa 1900, United States) Tiger Tortoise or tortoiseshell bamboo, two tier side table (the table top and the lower open shelf) actually has two more tiers of hidden storage! All flat surfaces on the exterior of the table are covered in the original rice mat covers. FLIP THE TOP! Open the flip top two reveal two more tiers of storage: TIER ONE: The first level is a removable wooden tray divided into six equal sized squares, perfect for jewelry or small accessories.
