Excellent Chinese made side table...maker and exact age not known, but comparables estimate 1950s vintage. Super decorative export table having cabriole legs and featuring a decidedly French style, extensive and highly detailed ornate gilt carving of taotie masks, foliate scrolls and a faux marbleized painted top surface. The table measures 26”x 24”x 20”. In excellent vintage used condition with some surface wear and a few inpainted flecks at the surface edge. Unmarked, undated.
