19th century oak side table from France. The top of this piece is nicely grained and has a beveled and carved decorated edge, following down to a hand carved apron on all four sides for easy placement in any room. The table has a single drawer in the front. The table is supported on hand turned vine barley twist legs, joined by serpentine and hand carved stretchers and decorated with a hand turned finial of substantial size for added decorative detail. The piece is then supported on hand turned bun feet.
