The table is made of flame mahogany and dates from the early 19th century, around the 1820s to 1830s. It features brass lion's head ring pulls on the two working drawers. Drawers pull easily. Drop leaf on both sides are sturdy and stable. 18 inches wide with drop leafs down, 36 with leafs extended. Elegant design and rich, warm wood. In wonderful condition, with minor scuffing to top. Though it started life as a sewing table or work table it works beautifully as a side table or accent table.
