A tabletop with ornate relief carvings of grapevine leaves encircling a smooth center medallion with gold accents, rests upon a tripod form, hinged base with bold, pierced openwork and incised carvings. The top securely fits to the shapely base and easily lifts off for campaign transport. The wood is hearty having a desirable patina in hues of dark chocolate with undertones of deep wine.
