Rectangular farmhouse wine/altar side table in traditional, Chinese Ming-style constructed of elmwood (yumu). The handcrafted beauty is evident in the mortise-and-tenon joinery, the exposed construction, the horse-hoof feet, and the unique pierced-carvings on the aprons. There is structural wear especially on the table-top but the table is sturdy. This was a well-used table which only enhances the patina and style. Please refer to photos for condition. c.1870-1920.
