This antique table was restored and recently decoupaged with a stunning botanical motif on all sides! The rectangular top is adorned with gold depictions of botanical bulbs and foliage, on a black lacquer/painted background bordered by a wide, classical gilt Greek key motif. Each side features a gold butterfly bordered by the Greek key trim, with an original turned wood handle below. The table front includes a scalloped edge full length drawer with turned and gilt-accented legs. A scalloped lower tier features additional botanical flowering bulbs and foliage. The excellent attention to details by the artist provides this stunning two-tier table with decorative opulence and a beautiful botanical aesthetic, resulting in a sophisticated, relevant addition to today’s home.
