19th century swedish burr birch tripod table circa 1860. good quality piece of traditional furniture which showcases the nations favourite wood, birch. square top with rounded corners, beautifully veneered in burr birch. fixed top sits on a turned stem, which has been ebonised.  raised on 3 cabriole legs and finishing on a carved pad foot. ideal side table or breakfast table. minor surface marks to woodwork.  1 old repair to leg.
