19th century swedish alder root square tilt top table circa 1860. good quality piece of mid 19th century swedish furniture, using alder root veneers to make a near square top surface. tilting top stands on a stained turned birch tripod base. 3 legs terminating on a pad foot. good rich colour and patina.
