A charming and very well made antique Victorian tilt top occasional table. This was made in England, we would date it to around the 1860-1880 period. It is of very good quality, the top has a beautifully shaped oval top, it can be flipped up by releasing a brass catch mechanism to save space. It stands on a nicely turned baluster column with a splayed tripod base, terminating in scrolled feet. We have had this re-polished, the condition is excellent for its age. There is just some normal wear and patina remaining beneath the polish here and there. Width – 23 inches , 59 cm Depth – 18 inches , 45 cm Height – 22 inches , 56 cm
