This table is inspired by the side sword of a flat bottom. A solid oak top was not chosen, but perspex with a steamed elm edge, which transforms a heavy and solid side sword into a light and graceful side table. To reinforce this character, the legs of elm and ash wood are twisted, a new challenge in round lamination of wood.
