This table was the result of an investigation into combining the two main methods of sculpture, namely the removal of mass from an object vs the application of material. The final form is divided into a specific number of layers which are then, in a sense reassembled using the stack lamination method to create the finished piece. The simplicity of the circular top and how it relates to the asymmetrical base as it twists and turns creates a sense of visual play that remind me of certain movements seen in contemporary dance.Quinlan OsborneAvailable in Plaster and WoodCustomizable in Size upon request
