For insured shipments through Alentes Atelier, the buyers are advised to unpack and inspect their order upon delivery. In the event of shipping damage, a report and photographic evidence must be submitted within 3 working days; all shipments are insured, and damaged goods will be replaced.If the piece does not fit the intended space as expected, a return may be initiated within 14 days of delivery. In such cases, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs, the original shipping charges, and any customs duties or taxes incurred during export and re-import to the country of origin. Returned items must be sent back in their original packaging and in the same condition received.Please note that shipping costs from November through January may fluctuate due to seasonal holiday pricing.
