A handsome French round occasional table or gueridon in the Empire style, featuring a circular top of figured white marble surrounded by a low pierced brass gallery, set upon a tripod column support of patinated walnut with mounted decorative ormolu fittings of brass, the legs united at the base by a polished walnut triform platform, the whole resting on lion’s paw feet. Makes a great side or end table. Note: Top is 23 3/16 inches diameter while the base diameter is approximately 25 inches
