This iconic side or dining table is from the 'Sedia' collection which was produced by the premium manufacturer COR in West-Germany between 1966 and 1971. The rare piece offered here is the largest version of the Sedia-side table. It features an elegant aluminum base with a wooden laminate coated table top. The Sedia-line was created in 1966 by the famous German architect and furniture designer Horst Brüning *1934. In 1963 Horst Brüning founded his own architectural and design firm in Stuttgart, Germany. Horst Brüning designed several iconic pieces of series home and office furniture for manufacturers like COR, Behr and Kill International, the latter now produced by the Danish company Lange Production. from 1969-2000 Brüning taught in the Department of Design at Darmstadt University, Germany. This piece has an attribution mark, I am sure that it is completely authentic and take full responsibility for any authenticity issues arising from misattribution
