Intricate, vivid designs on each individual cloisonné top depicting exotic colorful flowers with one bird flying around and another perched on a tree branch. This classic Chinese incense stand is formed of mortise-and-tenon joinery with a round top, waisted apron and five curved legs that arch towards a circular floor stretcher. A traditional form used to elevate incense burners in the middle of a room, so as to better disperse the aroma, this round pedestal is intended to be seen from all sides. As a result, these tables are designed with balanced forms and graceful, flowing lines from any angle.
