A solid Iroko wood top can be added onto the frame’s base to form a functional integrated coffee table, creating a harmonious interplay of textures. This wood essence immediately gives the system a warmer feel for a welcoming and relaxing ambience. To complete the Mex-Hi Outdoor system, three free-standing side tables, with the same metal frame, are also available with a solid Iroko wood slatted top or in ivory glazed porcelain stoneware. It is also possible to place a mattress on top of each table to transform it into a comfortable seat, further emphasising its functionality. The upholstery’s new textured weaves wrap around the system’s shapes while a selection of evocative colours recall Mediterranean landscapes. Made for outdoor use, the sophisticated metal structure that holds the soft upholstered elements is presented in four new shades: taupe, ivory, green and terracotta. The cushions have also been usefully developed to be easily removed from the structure for maintenance or washing.
