A 1960s hexagonal teak side table produced by G-Plan and designed by Victor Bramwell (V.B.) Wilkins in the 1960s. Constructed in teak, with an ebonized interior cage section, plinth base and a striking glass inset top it is a striking little table. The original label is no longer present, we can however confirm their authenticity. The attribution is supported by archival documentation, period catalog references, and multiple documented examples of the same model offered by reputable dealers and auction houses. The design, construction details, dimensions, materials, and identifying characteristics are consistent with known examples produced by the attributed maker.
