The metal armature is reinforced with plaster bandages for durability before being sculpted by hand, achieving a brushed finished. The piece of furniture is crowned by a travertine top. The stone is set in a hand sculpted frame. The unique texture , both raw and refined, catches the light and contrasts ideally with the silky appearance of the travertine top.
