An attractive small work table dating to the early 20th Century. Made of mixed woods the table features a decorative inlaid top with a ship design reminiscent of pieces made by Trinity House lighthouse keepers. The top lifts open to reveal a later velvet lining and to the front a small partitioned drawer offers storage space for tools or stationery. The drawer is pencil signed to the underside with the name and date 'H.C.Larsen, 1911' The table is raised on turned supports which are united with a single stretcher.
