An iconic piece from the 60/70s is this side table / coffee table designed by the french designer marc berthier. I also have the smoked brown version but this is the transparent version, which is virtually impossible to find! the frame is made of chromed metal and the table top is made of clear acrylic glass. The table top has rounded corners and a cutout on the front and back, which gives a nice see-through view and is also convenient to grab when moving the table. the chrome frame is in excellent condition with very few use / age marks. The table top has some scratches and signs of use/aging appropriate to its age (see last photo). there is 1 leg which is slightly lower under the frame (see photo 6). Perhaps it can be solved with a tap of a hammer, but i didn't dare and besides, the difference is so minimal that it is hardly visible and not disturbing. also availabe in 'smoked brown'! a stunning vintage item from a very renowned designer\.\.a true must-have therefore! dimensions (cms): h 41 x w 38 x d 32 weight 3 kgs style: space age, mid century this piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker.
