This is a nice mid-century/vintage piece (likely 1950s–1970s based on the company’s output and labels) from Columbia Manufacturing Co., Inc. in Louisville, Kentucky (est. 1905). It features: A round top with tooled/bordered brown leather (or leather-like) inlay and gilt/gold decorative border. Solid wood (appears mahogany or similar) tripod pedestal base with curved/saber-style legs ending in brass caps. Original manufacturer plaque and model sticker (“No. 1404 TORINO”). It’s a classic form—often used as a side/end table, plant stand, or lamp table. The leather top and quality construction make it desirable for traditional, mid-century, or eclectic interiors. The leather has a little wear but it still displays very well. It's also very sturdy. A must have for any home or office! Your item will be packed with care to assure safe delivery.
