A Baroque style carved sideboard / credenza with generous bun feet. The cabinet has a nicely carved front panel depicting a troubadour and a noble enjoying a cup together. Both side doors have book matched wood panels and the frontispiece has carved elements surrounding the doors. The doors themselves are piano hinged, and the entire piece is well made. The interior are fitted for shelving with adjustable pegs, but no shelves are included. Keys however, are provided. Circa 1st half 20th C. - Northern European/Scandinavian origin.
